Metal Cladding
Armourclad Mesh Cladding
Our expanded mesh and perforated metal cladding offer customers a striking and versatile rainscreen solution. When considering the material, shape and colours available, the design possibilities for your mesh facade are endless.
Expanded mesh cladding provides projects a multidimensional facade, creating directional shading due to the way the light catches perforations created during the expanding process.
As a such, Armourclad mesh cladding is ideal for a brise soleil and solar shading or to increase airflow and security to project facades. In partnership with global mesh manufacturer, ItalMesh, we can offer more than 300 formats of expanded metal meshes as standard.
We’re also equally practiced in working with architects and specifiers to create truly bespoke designs to meet project requirements. Once we've worked with you to create your individual mesh design, we can offer a wide range of A1 fire rated anodised finishes and a dynamic range of A2 fire rated powder coated colours and textures.

Custom cladding design
Working with our manufacturing partners, we put design possibilities at the forefront of our operations.
Backed by research and technical experts, we can use drawings, animations, simulations or prototyping to bring your mesh ideas to life.
Through size, shape, finish and mounting systems, custom fabrication is entirely achievable. Additionally, we can work with a range of metals including iron, aluminium, stainless steel, copper and brass to further tailor our expanded mesh to your project.
Why stop there? We can incorporate light, create 3D shapes or laser custom designs into perforated panels for you. At each stage, we work with you to enhance your design and turn your ideas into reality.

Zero gravity eden
Take project sustainability further with our expanded mesh by utilising Zero Gravity Eden.
A vertical garden, Zero Gravity Eden allows you to cover your facade with multiple plant species, increasing energy savings and reducing CO2 emissions. The system also includes automated irrigation for plant longevity and easy maintenance.
The benefits:
- A reduction of 1 kg CO2 /m2 year per m2 of vertical garden installed
- A potential 8 to 10°C temperature difference between using a standard facade vs a vertical garden
- 5 to 8 dB of sound absorption created by the plants, ensuring greater acoustic comfort
