Hallam Towers, Sheffield

Located on the former site of the iconic Hilton hotel, Hallam Towers is a new development of over 100 luxury apartments and penthouses, complete with an impressive range of amenities, including a swimming pool and gym. Started in December 2020, the project was completed in August 2022 and has provided additional housing in the sought-after, leafy location of Ranmoor. With some of the best schools in the city and a range of leisure opportunities, the 14 storey development also boasts spectacular views across the city.

The team at Architectural Facades were thrilled to assist with the design and supply of the aluminium backing structure, aluminium insulated panels, Scalamid cladding and flashings.
