Sustainabrick® is designed as an EWI system removing the need for cavity or fire barriers. This means thinner wall build-up and a lighter overall build.

Installation is 12x faster than single slip systems

Each standard panel consists of twelve brick slips on a cast-in mesh, allowing installers to fix 12 slips at a time.

Sustainabrick® brick slips are 13mm thick, making them ≥85% thinner than wet laid bricks and lighter than leading alternatives.

Sustainabrick® offers planners, architects, and developers the ability to meet their sustainability requirements, as well as achieve scheduling, quality, and commercial commitments.

  • Consistent & Efficient Sustainabrick® brick slips are purpose-made to size, meaning no material-waste and no cutting.
  • Carbon Free Curing Our slips are cured at an ambient temperature over 24hrs, this removes the need for energy intensive kiln or gas firing.
  • Efficient On-site Delivery The slips are 85% thinner than wet-laid bricks. Enabling one artic wagon to transport the equivalent of six loads of bricks.
  • On-site Labour Efficiency A thinner slip means a lighter slip. One operative can easily install a standard 12-slip panel at a time compared to individual bricks or slips.
  • Complete EWI System The Sustainabrick® system is a EWI containing mineral wool, providing the system with low U-values.
  • Carbon Neutral Supply Chain Sustainabrick® brick slips are manufactured in the UK at our dedicated carbon-neutral certified factory.

  • Modern Manufacturing

    Sustainabrick® brick slips are made-to-order to meet the unique look and performance of your project.

    Utilising innovative custom cast-in moulds and ambient curing techniques the Sustainabrick® slips are resistant to shrinking and warping ensuring a consistent finish throughout the life of the building.

    After curing the slips are dressed to achieve the final look. As their colour is not produced through firing, this results in further consistency

    Using a cast-in mesh carrier that supports the 12-slip panel the bond pattern and joint spacing is prepared under factory settings meaning improved quality-control when on-site.

  • Sustainabrick® for Developers

    Insulation, weatherproofing, and the aesthetic façade are all included within the Sustainabrick® wall build-up, creating an EWI system that doesn't require a cavity tray or fire barrier.

    Combined with the 13mm brick slips an 85% reduction on standard wet-laid bricks- Sustainabrick® provides a significantly thinner cladding solution.

    Utilising this system therefore frees up essential internal sqm or a decrease in the overall footprint of the development.

    Alternately, the extra space can be reworked into more units, providing more homes and social housing within your development.

  • Specifying Sustainabrick®

    Sustainabrick® offers specifiers both creative freedom and assured performance.

    Sustainabrick® allows designers to completely personalise slip sizes, shapes, colours, textures and finishes. For example, if you want triangle bricks, we can make them.

    We can also recreate popular bricks, or bricks that have long been discontinued. Add custom variations or give your facade extra dimension using our gloss and special shaped options.

    All elements within the Sustainabrick® system have been individually tested and tested as a full system.
