Sustainabrick Brick Cladding

Sustainabrick® brick slips are purpose made, handmade brick slips for modern day construction.

Cast into custom moulds and dried at ambient temperatures, the slips are then dressed to achieve your desired aesthetic. Due to this method, our brick slips all perform the same way, no matter their colour, texture or size.

As they are not fired using a kiln, the brick slips won’t shrink or warp, assuring tolerances and quality control. Their colour is also not produced through firing, ensuring further consistency.

Bond pattern and joint spacing is prepared under factory settings using a mesh carrier, meaning quality-control continues during on-site installation.

Insulation, weatherproofing and the aesthetic facade are all included within the Sustainabrick® wall build-up, creating an EWI system that doesn't require a cavity tray or fire barrier.

Combined with the 13mm brick slips – a 40% reduction on standard 22mm slips - Sustainabrick® provides a significantly thinner cladding solution.

Utilising this system therefore frees up essential internal sqm to give homeowners a larger floorspace.

Alternately, the extra space can be reworked into more units, providing more homes and social housing within your development.

Sustainabrick® offers specifiers both creative freedom and assured performance.

Sustainabrick® allows designers to completely personalise slip sizes, shapes, colours, textures and finishes. For example, if you want triangle bricks, we can make them.

We can also recreate popular bricks, or bricks that have long been discontinued. Add custom variations or give your facade extra dimension using our gloss and special shaped options.

All elements within the Sustainabrick® system have been individually tested and tested as a full system.
