With detached and semi-detached houses ranging from two to five bedrooms, the development was thoughtfully designed by Radford Architects to provide the area with a beautiful collection of luxury housing that provides future residents with premium quality living. ![Red and yellow herringbone brickwork on Hayfield Crescent luxury housing](https://brickability.co.uk/uploads/images/_524x699_fit_center-center_none/Hayfield-Crescent-Facing-Bricks-9.jpg) The £21m development was completed using Emerald Red Multi and Lindfield Yellow facing bricks, supplied by [Brickability, Tamworth. ](https://brickability.co.uk/businesses/brickability) Our team of specialists worked closely with the developers and main contractors to select the red and yellow bricks used to create the desired luxury beauty and craftmanship aesthetic proposed on the facade designs. The facing bricks were placed in a herringbone bond across a section of the facades to achieve a unique and eye-catching finish. ## Project completion As part of the development, Hayfield Homes have created 19 affordable homes with the same distinctive luxury specification. The scheme was designed with the vision of creating homes that are original and full of personality, whilst blending seamlessly with the beautiful surroundings. Amenities such as healthcare, schools, shops and train stations can be found within walking distance, the thriving town of Aylesbury is just five miles away and the nearby market town of Princes Risborough offers residents a bustling high street and independent shops. With sustainability at the forefront of the development, Hayfields have constructed 'Zero Carbon Ready Homes' to provide residents with cost saving technologies and maximised energy efficiency.
