The facility is a key driver for local activity and signifies a post-industrial change for the area, which is moving towards a health and well-being future. As the ninth health and care centre facility delivered by BAM Construction through Hub West Scotland for NHSGGC, the development promotes cross-discipline working within primary care and encourages collaboration and co-operation between primary care providers in the same building. ## Concept The £21.7m health facility was completed using the Titan Multi facing brick, supplied by [Bricklink](https://brickability.co.uk/businesses/bricklink). The design brief pushed for a modern facility that recognised the areas industrial heritage, whilst keeping a wellbeing and health focus. The three-floor centre offers the area a centralised model of primary care with six GP practices, a podiatry and physio practice, community services and agile workspaces for staff, all under one roof.
