# Supporting Maggie’s Cancer Centres

As part of the Brickability Group Plc, we’re proud of the support that the Brickability Group Foundation Trust has given to a wide range of charities since its launch in February 2022. In its first year, the foundation trust supported 20 charities through sponsorship, grants, and fundraising efforts. This includes incredible support for the 2022/23 charity of the year – Maggie’s Cancer Centres.

Maggie’s operate free online support centres, alongside cancer treatment hospitals, to provide specialists, psychologists, and benefits advisers to those undergoing cancer treatment, and their families, across the UK.

Maggie’s is particularly close to the hearts of our team at Brickability, as members of our team and their families have personally received care and support at these centres. The charities services and support were invaluable at such a difficult time.

In 2022/23 the Brickability Group Foundation pledged to support Maggie’s Cancer Centres with a financial grant of £35,940! This will go towards the wonderful work that Maggie’s does, to help people feel less alone, to adapt to new circumstances and to feel more confident in speaking with their medical teams.
