The benefits of a Wood for Life finish are: - Easy to clean - No dark joints Even if your floors have the deepest of surface textures, the Wood for Life coating system will prevent floors from stains, scratches and water absorption. All of the timber flooring that we offer is made from oak, a hardwood with natural charm and durability. With added Wood for Life technology, your oak floors will be water-repellent and protected from scratches and stains, so you don’t have to worry about muddy shoes or kitchen spills. Is your timber flooring water resistant? Yes, the Casada range of real wood flooring provides customers with great water-resistance, so you can bring the authentic beauty of natural timber into any room, including your kitchen or bathroom. This range is available in a variety of tones and colours, so you don’t have to compromise on aesthetics. What is your hardwood timber flooring made up of? We supply engineered hardwood floors which are made up of four different layers: - A protective finishing layer that combines UV-cured water-based lacquers and quality modified oil - A 2.5mm thick layer of solid wood that gives your flooring the colour and structure you’re looking for - A core layer made of wood or HDF, that absorbs stresses and strains for a stable and durable floor - A backing layer that will prevent your floor from warping - this is commonly made from spruce or pine veneer Do you offer chevron or herringbone parquet timber flooring? Yes, our parquet flooring is available in stylish herringbone and chevron options. Made of durable hardwood, parquet flooring is supplied in equal sizes so you can create interesting patterns that add additional character to your living space.
