As well as offering panels that can be installed both horizontally and vertically using an 'end clip fixing' system, our terracotta cladding is available as baguettes or louvres, which can be used to create a striking brise soleil. Our terracotta tiles can be produced in sizes up to 3.2m x 1.2m. Concerned about production capacity? Through our exclusive manufacturing partners and their state of the art production facilities, each year 1.5 million m2 of terracotta tiles, plus 1 million metres of terracotta louvres and baguettes, are produced. Created by adding pigments and glazes to the naturally occurring clay, the terracotta colouring combines natural stability and consistency with near limitless options. If you have a specific requirement in mind, we can work with our manufacturing partners to meet your needs. Once you've established a colour direction, we can also work with you to add any one of the innovative finishes that are available in this range. Yes. Not only are the terracotta tiles source from naturally occurring clay, which is found in abundance near the earths surface, according to Section 7 of the products BBA certificate (23/6849), 'the terracotta panels and the aluminium rails and clips are produced from materials that can be recycled'. Furthermore, the product is durable and long-lasting, providing your project facade with a long lifespan. Can CN Terracotta cladding be installed over 18m high? Yes, as per section 2 of the BBA certificate (23/6849), the CN Terracotta 'panels, clips and horizontal rails are not subject to any restriction on building height or proximity to a boundary.' Additionally, as per the same BBA certificate, 'if used and maintained in accordance with the certificate, the system can satisfy or contribute to satisfying the relevant requirements in relations to NHBC Standards.' What substrates can this terracotta cladding be attached to? Our terracotta cladding can be used over a range of substrates, including concrete and steel frame walls.
