# Returns and Refund Policy

From time to time, you may wish to return an item. Please read our policies below for more information.

If you wish to return an item, please take note of the following:

- Items must be returned with 28 days of purchase
- All items must be in their original packaging and in re-saleable condition
- Perishable goods may not be returned
- Aggregates may not be returned
- Special orders of non-stocked products may not be returned
- All items will be subject to a re-stocking charge of up to 25%

## Faulty Goods

Faulty goods will be replaced or refunded. Please notify us of any fault within 48 hours of receipt.

## Refund / Credit

- **Trade Accounts:** Once the goods have been successfully returned, a credit will be raised to your account
- **Card Payments:** Once the goods have been successfully returned, a refund will be made to the original card (please note that we require card details)
- **Cash:** Once the goods have been successfully returned, a cash refund will be given (please note, any cash refund over £250 will require prior arrangements)
